Improving the accuracy in the manufacture of plates on ceramic and polymer wafers.

The manufacture of plates on ceramic and polymeric bases is carried out at the Institute under the direct orders, as a stream of works on creation of receiving and/or transmitting devices, as well as in research/development projects.

In recent times, according to the direct orders, we solved the problem of making plates with an accuracy of +/-5%.

A distinctive feature of the work performed at the research Institute is that the conductive layers can be made not only of copper, but also gold.

If necessary, the boards are formed holes of any configuration using a laser cutting facility.
