High-precision tilt sensors – wide product application

Inclinometers (tilt sensors) with an electrical output signal proportional to the angle sensor has high accuracy, small size and no moving mechanical components.

OJSC “MRIOR” specialists designed and manufactured silicon sensor angle with magnetoelectric trim based on microelectromechanical technologies.

The sensor is a silicon sensing element, located between two plates of LK-5 glass, with sprayed aluminum pads of the capacitor on them.

Microreels are mounted on the movable sensitive element through the holes in the glass.

Two types of plates with digital and analog outputs information are developed.

Connection and insert of elements allow to produce high-precision tilt sensors with the following characteristics:
angle range ±10˚ - ±10 sec accuracy

The sensor elements are assembled in alloy casing НК-29 or made of brass.

Easy installation and a variety of interfaces gives you the ability to use them not only on stationary, but on mobile objects such as determining the position of high-rise buildings, dams, shafts, platforms, determination of the magnitude of the deflection and deformation of the pillars and beams of bridge and tunnel structures, the control of the roads and railways tilt.

Inclinometers have been used in shipbuilding, in the oil processing industry, engineering, security systems and alarm systems. Moreover, in such complex technically issues as the definition of vehicles roll on land and water, including construction and agricultural machines.
