JSC «Minsk Research Institute of Radio Materials» provides services in mechanical processing of materials. The capabilities of MNIRRM’s machines allow processing most types of metals and their alloys, such as brass, aluminum, titanium, copper, bronze, stainless steel, carbon steel, etc.

The metal machining section of MNIRRM is equipped with CNC centers:

1. Vertical milling machining center with CNC, 4-axis DMC 635V, positioning accuracy +/-0.01 at 300 mm;

2. Vertical milling center with CNC Eco-Center (KNUTH) Eco CENTER-350, positioning accuracy +/-0.05 at 300 mm;

3. Turret lathe machining center with CNC model T200 CNC Fanus Oi TD, positioning accuracy +/-0.005 at 300 mm and repeatability 0.005 mm.

An important distinction of MNIRRM’s services is the ability to process parts in small batches.

MNIRRM has developed technology for mechanical processing of materials with sixth grade accuracy and surface roughness Ra 1.6.
