From November 6 to 11, 2018, JSC "Minsk Research Institute of Radio Materials" will participate in the International Aerospace Exhibition "Airshow China 2018" in Zhuhai, People’s Republic of China, as part of the joint exhibition stand of the organizations of the State Military-Industrial Committee of the Republic of Belarus.

Among the exhibits to be demonstrated at the MNIRRM stand are new developments in the field of microwave technology and intelligent sensor technology, including:

  • Laser diode current pulse shaper UFIT-2

  • Laser module driver LM

  • Frequency converter module 6–18 and 14–22 GHz

  • One-to-two channel switch

  • Microwave power preamplifier module

  • Microwave module

  • Series of microwave IC bare dies (chips)

  • AFAR transceiver module

  • Rotation angle sensor DUP-360

  • Inclinometer INK-2 (dual-case)

  • Tilt angle sensor DUN-02

  • Modernized tilt angle sensor DUN-02M

  • Inductive end-position sensor IDKP-1

  • Inductive end-position sensor IDKP-E

  • Electronic compass KE-01

  • Vibration sensor

  • Strain gauge sensor

Also presented at the stand will be prototype samples of photomasks and A3B5 wafers, as well as information about the gas concentration monitoring system for CH4, CO, CO2.
