JSC «Minsk Research Institute of Radio Materials» took part in the meeting with the President of the Republic of Belarus on the state and development of microelectronics.

The Director of MNIRRM delivered a report on the institute’s capabilities in the development and production of electronic components: ultra‑high‑frequency integrated circuits, MEMS sensors, and systems based on them.

At the stand, the institute presented its latest and most promising developments:

  • electronic component base: bare microwave ICs on gallium arsenide;
  • precision photomasks for photolithography;
  • systems for monitoring carbon monoxide, carbon dioxide, and methane, developed for JSC «MAZ»;
  • axle load monitoring system for heavy vehicles;
  • vibration sensors with analog and digital signal processing;
  • modifications of contactless inductive switches that can be used as analogues of sensors from companies «Baluff», «Turk» and others;
  • magnetic field sensor for a system ensuring control of surface defects of rolled metal at JSC «BMZ».

According to official information published on the BelTA website, giving a new impetus to the development of the microelectronics industry is more relevant than ever.
