From April 15 to 17, 2019, JSC «Minsk Research Institute of Radio Materials» will take part in the 22nd International Exhibition of Electronic Components, Modules, and Parts «ExpoElectronica‑2019» in Moscow.

We invite all interested parties to visit our booth in Pavilion №3, Hall №13, Stand A734.

The exposition will showcase the latest developments of the Institute in the field of microwave technology, sensors, and systems. In particular:

  • Laser diode current pulse shaper UFIT‑2;

  • Laser module driver LM;

  • Frequency converter modules 6–18 and 14–22 GHz;

  • Microwave switch one to two channels;

  • Microwave modules, 3 pcs.;

  • Power amplifier module for the 37.5 GHz band;

  • Series of microwave IC bare dies (chips), 15 pcs.;

  • Rotation angle sensor DUP‑360;

  • Inclinometer INK‑2;

  • Tilt angle sensors, 2 pcs.;

  • Inductive end‑position sensors, 2 pcs.;

  • Electronic compass KE‑01;

  • Monitoring system for CH4, CO, CO2 concentrations;

  • Strain sensor;

  • Sample of precision photomask.

The exposition will also present the institute’s capabilities in providing the following services:

  • Electrochemical application of anodic coatings and “blackening” of Al and its alloys (D16);

  • Electrochemical application of tin‑bismuth and other metals on aluminum, copper, and their alloys;

  • Manufacture of hybrid integrated circuits;
