MRIOR expands the list of technologies, made on the laser cutting facility of ceramic materials
OJSC “MRIOR” has been using the laser cutting facility EM-250 K for more than 3 years.
With the help of solid-state quasi-CW laser with a wavelength 1, 06 m, it solves such problems, as:
- Cutting through the paths on ceramic materials such as 22XC, aluminum nitride, polycrystalline corund, Green Tape, LTCC;
- Si zapping on the accelerometer;
- Obtaining stencils from Si and polycrystalline corrund under MEMS sensors metal spraying;
- laser marking on the surface of the workpiece;
- micro scratch;
Our specialists gained invaluable experience in working with the laser cutting facility. Moreover, using new technologies, we can significantly reduce the cost of each manufactured items and/or produced works.
Recently, we successfully completed the manufacture of microwave devices on polycrystalline corund using batch method – over 40 casings on one wafer
All these services can be carried out by specialists of the Institute with other high-precision equipment. In particular, since the beginning of 2014, the manufacture of exposure masks is performed at a higher level with the help of laser multi-channel image generator ЭM-5189-02.
